Every generation has something to receive. We are building a nonprofit that thoughtfully connects older adults and younger adults through meaningful one-to-one relationships. Rather than pairing someone with a task, Light Between introduces one person to another—creating space for conversation, shared stories, perspective, encouragement, friendship, mentorship, and mutual learning to develop naturally.

More Than a Donation
Supporting Light Between isn’t only about funding a program. Important information about donations
Light Between is a California nonprofit public benefit corporation. Our application for recognition of federal tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) is currently pending with the IRS. While the application is pending, donors do not have advance assurance that contributions are tax-deductible. If Light Between’s timely filed application is approved, qualifying contributions made during the pending period may be deductible retroactive to our date of formation. Please consult your tax adviser regarding your individual circumstances.
